UGH THE LAYERING!!!

So..Im no hater, let me just tell you, but its the layering. There is a bad glitch making it blur :(
It messing with my OCD and my editing skills. Ill try and live with it, but its just when u erase the background for the layer, it just..BLURS!! MUST. FIX. THIS. GLITCH, or this one star will stay a ONE star, and Im sure u all dont want that.
